I sold Perry last year to be able to buy my first house. It was a heartbreaking decision but I know it was the right decision for both of us.
I got Perry as an unbroken 3 year old from his breeder. He was riddled with worms, covered in rain scald and had split hooves. When I got him home I thought oh my god, what have I bought!
But he turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. He took me three days to break in, and his great attitude to work never stopped.
We ended up qualifying for BE Regional finals going to the Blenheim Palace Eventers Challenge together and we competed up to BE novice together.
He was such a dude, you could even leave a 4 year old on him, he was so safe.
So glad to say he's gone to the most amazing home, but I love that I will always have a little part of him with me forever.
I was blown away by my bracelet from you and I love it so much - I can't tell you how special it is.
