My daughter Sarah (now Foster) had her horse Eric when she was 15 and he was 4. She did everything with him such as Pony Club, Hunter Trials, one Day Events, Hunting and Fun Rides. I also helped with exercising and took him on Fun Rides.
He was 16.1hh and we are fairly certain he was a shire cross. He had a perfect temperament and was alsways kind and affectionate.
He loved jumping, especially cross country and had a powerful jump.
He had a few years in retirement as a companion to a freinds horse and sadly died last summer in his field after a short illness. He was much loved by all who knew him and sadly missed.
