In May 2016, I took out a loan on Kinlara Shannon Rose, a beautiful 14hh Connemara pony. Shannon introduced me to the world of dressage and I was lucky enough to qualify and be placed in Regional and National Championships on her individually and as part of a team.
Being the first grey pony I had dealt with on a daily basis, Shannon very quickly made me learn what products were best to remove stains and get her gleaming ready for competitions. I would give her a full 10 out of 10 for lying in her stable stains!
Although Shannon wasn't my pony, I loved her dearly and I got to competitions with her that I never thought I would.
I am so pleased with the jewellery made from her tail, as I have extremely fond memories of her and more red rosettes than I know what to do with!

Killaloe Cailin Deas is my most recent horsey addiction coming to me in June 2018. At 14.2hh, Cailin is my biggest pony to date! She is pure Connemara, but is a dark bay so much easier to clean than Shannon was! Cailin is only a real youngster so is learning everything at the moment. I am hoping to do everything with her from dressage to showjumping and x country to beach rides. She is proving to be a very sweet mare, so I am looking forward to seeing her progress in all the disciplines.
Of course.......Cailin will be adding to my Tail End collection!
