Heritage Leather Browband

Carry a part of your horse with you every time you ride..

Each Heritage Leather Browband is individually handmade and hand stitched by Louise of LG Leatherworks before being carefully finished with a braid created from your own horse's tail hair.

Customers often tell me this is one of the most meaningful pieces I make, allowing a much-loved horse to continue sharing every ride, even after they are gone.

There's something incredibly special about looking down and seeing your own horse's hair woven into your browband, keeping them close wherever your journey takes you.

As every commission is unique, the length of the horsehair insert will vary depending on the length of horsehair supplied.

Handmade and hand stitched leather browband available in black or brown.
Sizes Pony to X-Full
Horse Hair required: 1-2 pencil thickness quantity of minimum length of 50cm. It should all be this length not tapering to 50cm.
Length of insert is dependant upon the length of horsehair supplied.
