Wallace was a Clydesdale x TB. He was my daughter's first horse for 10 years and never put a hoof wrong. They were a true partnership from the day we brought him home until the day he died. Always a solid reliable influence for my nervous mare, especially during endurance rides. He was our gentle giant.
We lost him to colic on 11th June. Life will never be the same without him. Described as a "true gentleman" by both our farrier and the yard owner, he will sadly be missed by all who knew him.
My daughter, Sheliah, now wears the Tail End Jewellery neckolace which keeps him close to hern at all times. It has captured the hint of auburn in his black tail which was evident when the sun shone. A great memento of a wonderful horse.
